Suriya's (Jithan Ramesh) father's dying wish is for him to buy his own house. After a lot of deliberation, Suriya purchases a house in Kodaikanal. Only when he moves into the house does he realise that there's a female ghost who has made the house her own and will not allow anybody else to live there. Who is the ghost?
